Karakteristik Morfologis dan Fisiologis Bakteri Endofit dari Akar Napas Tumbuhan Avicennia marina (fork) vierh di Mempawah Mangrove Park

چکیده
Bakteri endofit memiliki karakteristik berada dalam jaringan tumbuhan (akar, batang, daun, dan bunga) tanpa menyebabkan gangguan pada tumbuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bakteri yang diisolasi dari akar napas (Pneumatofor) Avicennia marina. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Mempawah Mangrove Park (MMP), Desa Pasir, Kabupaten Mempawah. Isolasi dengan metode pengenceran tuang (pour plate) menggunakan media Triptic Soy Agar (TSA). Karakterisasi Identifikasi cara melihat morfologis fisiologis bakteri. Hasil isolasi membuktikan beberapa isolat kemiripan genus tertentu seperti Amv 111 Neisseria, 211 Micrococcus, serta 5 lainnya yaitu 122, 312, 421, 511, 522 Staphylococcus. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, genera Micrococcus Staphylococcus mampu tumbuh sampai kadar salinitas 30%, suhu 28-36°C. Isolat pH 5-8, sedangkan Neisseria 6-8.
